Community Membership

Our thank-you to the people who teach, serve and protect Baton Rouge, and to the students working toward what’s next.

Who can apply

You’re eligible if you are currently:

A college student: enrolled, full- or part-time, at an accredited college, university or community college.
A teacher: a teacher at a K–12 school (public, private or charter).
A first responder: a police officer, firefighter, EMT or paramedic.
Military: active duty, National Guard, Reserve, or a veteran.

Proof of eligibility

College students: upload a photo of your student ID showing the current term, or this term’s enrollment verification.
Teachers: upload a photo of your school or district staff ID.
First responders: upload a photo of your department-issued ID.
Military: please don’t upload your military ID. Bring it to the front desk when you arrive for your first class, and we’ll check it there.

If you upload an ID, you can cover any ID numbers. We only need your name, your photo, and the part that shows your role and that it’s current.

The membership

The Community Membership: 3 months unlimited at $174/month, then monthly until you cancel. To cancel, email info@tonebr.com at least three days before your renewal date.

Good to know

The Community Membership is for you only. It can’t be shared or transferred, and it’s one membership per person.
The name on your ID needs to match your application and your Tone BR (Momence) account.
You must be eligible when you sign up, and we may ask for updated proof later (for example, students each new school year).
We’ll email you once your application has been reviewed.
